Alpha 3 does not disappoint here as the graphics are alive and well-animated.

This series perpetually favored bright and colorful anime-style graphics as against heavily elaborated and animated sprites. While the street Fighter III sub-series gets all the praise in Capcom’s house, the Alpha series has always brought its own graphical vogue to the table. Now, some 6+ years later, Capcom tries their luck with the game on the PSP. In 1999, Capcom released what i think to be their best 2nd fighting effort ever which was Street Fighter Alpha three. SF is that the standard-making fighting series that regarding on the subject of any fighting game fan knows about. Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX is the one of the most popular preventing video games. If you have ever stepped into the fighting games arena, surely the words “Street Fighter” should have come back up at least once.
